The poolside ambiance was breathtaking, complemented by the stunning sea view from our room. Each day started with a lovely breakfast that kept us energized for adventures.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to long waits for drinks and a chaotic dining experience. While we loved the location, the shortage of attentive service was disappointing.

The hotel was exceptional with fantastic views and an absolutely perfect location pleased to hear the main restaurant is better than ever. Location: the property was right by the nearest shops, beaches, bus stops, 

Nice hotel in nice location with nice staff and good facilites.

Beds too small and very hard! (Which actually really annoys me with any hotel because the main reason they are in business is to provice their customers somewhere to sleep and on this basis all hotels should invest in luxury beds !! )

Amazing pools, fantastic beach access, and fun evening shows made our trip unforgettable! Enjoyed yoga classes and kids' club activities.

Nice beach right in front of the hotel and good food - acceptable taste and huge variety for breakfast and dinner. Our room was very big and the bathroom nice. In general the hotel facilities are great, 

the pools were lovely and plenty of space around them. some areas can feel overcrowded.

We appreciated h10 tindaya from the moment we entered. There is also Pajara Beach not far from this hotel.

Our stay was delightful, especially enjoying the stunning beach access just a short walk away. The kids particularly loved the multiple beautiful pools and the enjoyable splash park, allowing us plenty of opportunities to relax while they played. Dining was a treat with a wide variety of food options available, making every meal enjoyable. Our daughter's birthday cake was a lovely surprise!

The Standard Double Room was spacious and really comfy. It had all the amenities you'd need, like shampoo and a hairdryer. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. But, the shower had a leak, which was super annoying, leaving a mess on the floor every time we used it. it was a nice room with some issues.

Fantastic beach access and spacious rooms! Pools were amazing for both kids and adults, with plenty of activities available. The food variety was good, making dinner a pleasant experience every night.

The beds felt like sleeping on a rock—my back is still complaining! And those queues at the bar? I thought I was waiting for a concert ticket!

The hotel's accessibility features, including ramps and spacious areas, significantly enhance the experience with disabilities. The staff is generally attentive and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. The location is superb, with stunning nearby beaches and well-maintained pool areas

Perfect for Families with Amazing Pools

I recently enjoyed a fantastic week in a double room with side sea view, and the multiple pools were a real highlight, particularly the heated one! The animation team organized engaging activities that kept my kids entertained, allowing us to relax at the nearby stunning beach. The buffet dining experience was notably varied and of high quality, making meals enjoyable each day. I wish the coffee options at breakfast could have been improved to enhance the overall experience.
